Intradural Lumbar Disc Herniation: Updated Report of a Case with Literature Review

Intradural lumbar disc herniation is a rare complication of disease. The mechanism by which herniated tears the dura matter remains unknown. preoperative diagnosis an intradural still difficult. We report our experience dealing with case at level L3/4 in 34-year-old man. Based on current experience, we found that attachment ventral to posterior longitudinal ligament can be favorable factor indicating herniation. One should pay attention those cauda equina syndrome, as it thereby promptly suggest Surgeons need avoid omitting intraoperative lesions palpating mater during surgery for suspected tumor cases.
